Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped out the same day or next day order is placed. Holiday seasons may take 3-5 business days to ship.

If you accidentally made a mistake on your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible at bellezadollroom@gmail.com including your order #. If this mistake is caught on time before it is shipped out we will get it fixed. If we have already shipped out your order, it is not our responsibility and our customer service team will direct you to your local post office to help you making sure your item arrives to the correct address.
